Finishes & Samples
Finish samples are provided by request following receipt of the order initiating deposit. Although we strive to consistently match our finish samples, tear sheet images and web images to the final product, all Collura & Co. pieces are individually crafted by hand. Slight variations in color, tone and texture of materials may occur.
Customer's Own Material
Technical requirements for shade fabrication and textile usability are varied and depend on shade style and fixture application. COM samples must be submitted to Collura & Co. for preliminary testing and full yardage requirements must be received before lead times begin. We make every effort to properly utilize COMs, but even favorable testing results do not guarantee that COM selections will result in successful shades until the fabrication process is completed.
All order changes must be approved by Collura & Co.. Depending on when these changes are submitted during the order's production schedule, lead times may be extended and fees applied to the final invoice.
